Privacy Policy
What this website collects, and what it doesn't.
Who we are
This website is greenswamp.org, the home of Green Swamp Software (GSS).
What we collect
Browsing this site does not require an account, and the site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Like most web servers, ours may briefly keep standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
The site counts how many times each of its main pages is viewed, per day, and shows the totals on the statistics page. Only the counts are kept: nothing about who viewed a page, such as an IP address, cookie or browser details, is stored with them.
Contact form
When you send a message from the Support page, we keep your name, email address, optional phone number and your message so that we can reply. We don't share them with anyone or use them for marketing. Ask us and we'll delete them.
Embedded content and other sites
This site links to other websites, such as GoFundMe, groups.io, Facebook and GitHub. When you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
The help videos are hosted on Vimeo and YouTube. Nothing is loaded from those sites until you press Play. The player then comes from Vimeo (with tracking turned off) or from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and their privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, or ask us to erase it. Use the contact form to make a request.
